Puget Sound Energy's Lower Snake River Wind Project is one of the largest wind-power facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Phase I of the project comprises 149 wind turbines capable of generating enough power to serve the electricity needs of 100000 homes. This video, the second part of a documentary series on the project, focuses on the economic impacts of wind-power development in Southeast Washington.
